Those persons needing an official invitation letter in order to attend the congress may log in their private area specifying their necessary personal details. The system will automatically create the letter to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the congress.

Please note that the invitation letter does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
